   1. Zoning Variance Request fee $150.00
   2. Special Exception Request fee $150.00
   3. Conditional Use Requests fee $150.00
   4. Zoning Change Requests fee $150.00
   5. Construction Compliance Certificates:
         1. $4,999.00 worth of construction cost or less fee $100.00
         2. $5,000.00 worth of construction cost and above fee $200.00
   6. Subdivision Plat fee $100.00
   7. Sign fee $125.00
