Winneshiek County Secondary Road Department oversees and maintains all public roadways and bridges in Winneshiek County exclusive of State and Federal Highways and most incorporated city streets. In all, the County has just under 1,100 miles of roadway.
Oversize and overweight permits, rural 911 addresses, utility permits & entrance permits are all obtained from this office.
